Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BCG LLC, Tallmadge, Ohio, United States (“Tikketty”, “we”, “us”) for using tikketty.com and the Tikketty app, widget, browser extensions, WordPress plugin, API and integrations (the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so; “you” then means that organization. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

The Service

Tikketty lets teams collect website and file feedback and track the work to resolve it. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a core feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Accounts, workspaces and seats

  • Give accurate account information and keep your password and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and managers control who joins the workspace, what each member can see, and which integrations are connected.
  • Every person who reports feedback needs their own account and project access. Anonymous submissions are not available, including through the widget. Do not share accounts.

Subscription, automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Price. A workspace costs $5 USD per month, which includes one seat, plus $1 USD per month for each additional owner, manager or member. Clients are free and do not count as seats. Workspaces we mark as complimentary are not charged. There are no tiers; all features are included.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method each month.
  • Seat changes. Adding or removing billable seats changes your subscription. Stripe calculates prorated charges or credits, which appear on your next invoice.
  • How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, using Manage billing, or by emailing legal@tikketty.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
  • After your subscription ends. Your workspace becomes read only. You can still view and export your data until it is deleted.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may make the workspace read only until the balance is paid.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase by email. It applies from your next billing period after the notice, and you can cancel before then.
  • Taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any sales tax, VAT or GST we are required to collect. Your invoice shows the tax portion where applicable.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Your content

You own the content you and your workspace put into the Service, such as issues, comments, files, screenshots and recordings (“Customer Content”). You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and as you instruct, for example when you connect an integration.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights and permissions it needs, including permission to review and capture the websites and files you report on, and a lawful basis for any personal information it contains. Do not upload payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records or similar sensitive information unless you are permitted to and it is necessary.

Where we process personal information in Customer Content for you, our Data Processing Addendum applies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you do not have the right to share;
  • upload malware, send spam, or harass, threaten or harm anyone;
  • capture or report on websites, files or people without the permission you need;
  • access accounts, workspaces or data without authorization, or probe, scan or test our systems except as allowed on our Security page;
  • overload or disrupt the Service, get around seat, billing, rate or access limits, or scrape the Service;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows; or
  • use the Service in violation of sanctions or export control laws.

Integrations and third-party services

Integrations with services such as GitHub, Jira, Slack or Figma are optional and connected at your direction. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for it. Data sent to a third-party service is controlled by that service and cannot be recalled by Tikketty.

AI features

AI suggestions are optional and can be wrong or incomplete. Review suggestions before you rely on them. You are responsible for what you choose to save.

API, MCP and tokens

You may use our API, webhooks and MCP server within these Terms and any documented limits. Keep tokens secret; anyone with a token can act within its scope. We may rate limit, change or retire API features with reasonable notice.

Our intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design and the Tikketty name and logo. These Terms give you the right to use the Service during your subscription, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay, or create a security or legal risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Tikketty reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised they were possible.

To the extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms, you will defend and indemnify us against it, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top, and for material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, cancel before they take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws where you live and can bring claims in your local courts.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
